Sesame Crusted Salmon with Coriander, Ginger & Lime Glaze


200g salmon fillets


1 cup Frenchmaid Coriander,

Ginger & Lime Dressing

1/4 cup white sesame seeds

1/4 cup black sesame seeds

4 tsp vegetable oil

Chives to garnish


1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with salt.

2. Place Frenchmaid Coriander, Ginger & Lime Dressing and sesame seeds in two different shallow dishes. Press salmon fillets into the dressing followed by the sesame seeds to coat on all sides. Place on tray. Drizzle top with oil.

3. Bake for 10 minutes. Flick to broiler on high/grill for 3 minutes until the top is a bit golden (or bake for 5 extra minutes at 220°C).

4. Remove from oven, rest 3 minutes. Garnish with finely sliced chives and drizzle with Frenchmaid Coriander, Ginger & Lime Dressing.
